·         UDDAN –Change Management For All for bringing the much needed changes within “People, Process & System” for Schools, Colleges, Corporate, Government & Civic Society through Trainings, Consulting, Assessments, Counselling, Project Works & Paid Internships as per the industry requirements.

 ·         UTTHAN-Women Empowerment & Health Management for empowering the women through Awareness workshops, Healthcare Camps, Women Entrepreneurship, Building Self Help Groups in Rural & Urban areas.

·    UDDAN has the team of highly specialized EXPERTS from Educational & Consulting Background with huge experience of over 2-3 decades and have been the part of several Change Management project meant for “People, Process & System”.

·    UDDAN has guided and provided necessary support to 3 Start Ups in last 2 Yrs in U.P(E) which has created new Job Opportunities for over 300 youths in Rural areas of Deoria & Gorakhpur.

·    UDDAN has introduced Unique Tools for accurately assessing the personality of the school and college  going students and accordingly provide the complete matching Job details from over 300 Job options in just 20minutes.

·    UDDAN in coordination with the CBSE –Head Office, Delhi has also implemented a unique “Psychometric Test” based on “CRITICAL THINKING” for students, teachers and parents to judge their thinking ability in day today scenarios and eventually determine their behavior patterns for timely counselling by our UDDAN Expert Psychologist-Ph. D from IIT(Kanpur) who is having over 3 decades of Psychometric   Assessment & Counselling.

 

·    UDDAN has brought 2%-10% changeover in MOM productivity, sales, organizational image, employee behavior, client relationship and operational excellence within 3months of our sessions.
